Ethem Akdemir is the founding partner of Aero-Beez Aviation Consultant Company.
Akdemir, who completed his education in Zonguldak, is a graduate of Hacettepe University Mechanical Engineering.
Before founding Aviation Consultant Company Aero-Beez, he worked as a manager for a long time in the Engineering, Line Maintenance, Structural Repair, Aircraft Paint, Composite Workshops, NDT, Business Jets, Training Aircraft Maintenance and Repair departments at Turkish Airlines Technical Inc. After retiring from THY Technic, he continued his business career as the manager responsible for CAMO.
Ergun Erdogdu is the co-founding partner of Aero-Beez. He graduated in aeronautical engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He has been involved in aviation since 1990.
Prior to entering the aviation consultancy business, he worked at Turkish Airlines (THY) Technic for over 30 years. He gained experience on various types of engines that power commercial planes such as A320 family CEO/NEO, A330, A340, A350, B737 C/NG, B777 and B787. He has been a major contributor in the engine selection phase and has participated in maintenance contract negotiations as well as the execution of contracts. For the last 12 years, he managed the powerplant and aircraft system engineers at THY. He also took an active role in the “entry into service” process of the A330, A320NEO, B777 and B787 fleets. After retirement from THY, he continued as a technical manager, responsible for CAMO at MC Aviation which is a local operator of 3 business jets.
